29 DAYS ‘TIL A-KON DAY 0.

Yes, that deserves all-caps.
As you may have noticed, I am awful with committing to the 30 Day shred. I go to the gym regularly but can’t seem to manage this little 20 minute workout… but this time it’s different.

With May having officially begun, I have restarted at Day 1, and will continue through May. I WILL NOT QUIT THIS TIME.  I am determined to be able to pull off my Heartseeker Vayne.

30DS Day 2:

I don’t remember level 1 hurting this bad last time.

Cardio is super easy, but wow I have no strength. I’m dying. D:

While working out: no sweat

As soon as I’m finished: SWEATING BUCKETS. BUCKETS, I SAY.

I’ve fallen off the wagon, and hard

I need to get back on my fitness regimen. 

and to start eating right again. 
I don’t know how this happened, but fuck.
Getting back in to good habits is so hard. T_T
